Why does checkout begin inside Canva?

Your subscription must be connected to the correct Canva user. Opening Brand Deck first lets us make that connection securely without exposing your Canva identity in the website URL.

How does the 3-day trial work?

The trial includes 200 credits. You are not charged for the first three days. If you continue, your paid allowance becomes 1,000 credits per month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal and keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Free credits refresh every 30 days and paid credits refresh with the subscription period. Unused credits do not accumulate.

Do Free and Pro have different themes?

No. The creative workflow and available themes are the same. Pro is for people who need substantially more monthly production capacity.
