Agreement and scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Brand Deck, a Canva application operated by VisuaKit (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), and the related pages on visuakit.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Canva access and account responsibility
You access Brand Deck through a Canva account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for activity performed through it. We use the Canva user identifier supplied with authenticated requests to manage credits and subscriptions; we do not receive your Canva password.
You must meet Canva's age and account requirements and be legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
The service and AI-generated content
Brand Deck helps you turn ideas or existing text into multi-page LinkedIn and Instagram carousel content, apply themes and profile details, and add editable pages to a Canva design. Some features use third-party AI services to create outlines, drafts, or slide revisions.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to content generated for other users, or unsuitable for your intended audience. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, performance, reach, engagement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Service may not be appropriate for high-risk, regulated, or professional decisions. Do not treat generated content as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the ideas, text, images, profile information, and other materials you provide ("Input") and, as between you and VisuaKit, in the carousel content produced for you ("Output"), to the extent permitted by law.
You give us a limited permission to process Input and Output only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, support, and complete actions you request. Our Privacy Policy explains what is processed, where profile information is stored, and which providers are involved.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your Input and that your use of Input and Output will not violate law or another person's rights. You are responsible for claims, disclosures, permissions, and citations in anything you publish.
Credits and pricing
Brand Deck uses credits for certain AI actions and for pages created in Canva. The current credit cost is shown in the app before or alongside the relevant action and is explained on our Pricing page. A request that fails before completion is designed to return its reserved AI credits.
Free users currently receive 100 credits every 30 days. A three-day Pro trial currently includes 200 credits, and a paid Pro subscription currently includes 1,000 credits per monthly credit cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Subscription expiry returns the account to the free allotment and may reduce a remaining paid balance to the free-tier limit.
Credits are a limited permission to use metered Service features. They are not money, are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or exchanged. We may change plans, allotments, or action costs as the Service evolves. Current amounts and prices shown at purchase control, and we will provide advance notice where required by law or these Terms.
Subscriptions, trials, cancellation, and refunds
Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you also agree to the terms presented by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. Taxes, currency, payment methods, and the final amount are shown before you complete the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. If a trial requires a payment method and you do not cancel before it ends, the selected paid subscription begins and the displayed price is charged.
You may cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting support@visuakit.com. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the already-paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.
We will honor a request for a full refund made within seven days of the first paid subscription charge. After that period, refunds are discretionary except where applicable law requires one. Cancelling a renewal does not by itself refund a completed charge.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service or its output for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Submit content you do not have the right to use or use output to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, copy, or bypass protected parts of the Service except where the law expressly permits it.
- Interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or access another user's account or data.
- Abuse credits, evade rate limits or access controls, or automate access outside the supported Canva workflow.
- Misrepresent AI-generated material as independently verified when that representation could mislead or harm others.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the Service or others, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Third-party services
Brand Deck depends on services provided by Canva, Wiro AI and its configured model provider, Lemon Squeezy, Railway, and other infrastructure providers. Their services, terms, and availability are outside our control. Your use of Canva and purchase through Lemon Squeezy are also governed by the terms those providers present to you.
Changes or outages in a third-party service may temporarily limit Brand Deck or require us to change a feature.
Our intellectual property
Brand Deck and VisuaKit, including the software, interface, branding, original design systems, documentation, and website content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you only the limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service itself.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any feature, or that every request will complete without error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisuaKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service or its output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms as the product or law changes. We will post updated Terms here and change the date above. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required.
You may stop using Brand Deck at any time and may cancel a paid subscription as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations already incurred—will continue to apply.
