These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of VisuaKit ("Service", "App", "we", "us"), a carousel generation tool for LinkedIn & Instagram available as a Canva App. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VisuaKit is a Canva application that allows users to create carousel posts for LinkedIn & Instagram. The App runs within the Canva editor and generates multi-page designs based on user-provided content.
You access VisuaKit through your Canva account. We use your Canva user ID to manage your credits and subscription. We do not store your Canva login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Canva account.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each slide generated consumes one credit. Free users receive a limited number of credits. Paid subscribers receive credits according to their plan, which reset each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period.
Pricing is subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Paid subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Free trials provide full access for the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal or by contacting support@visuakit.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase will be honored in full. After this period, refunds are at our discretion.

Content you create using VisuaKit belongs to you. The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by VisuaKit. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisuaKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
